Thank you Rachel, my bad back and shoulder feel normal for the first time in months. I can even put my own socks on now! Resolving the problem has enabled me to exercise more, loose weight and hopefully limit any more problems.
I'd like to thank Charles for his treatment of my neck and back problem. I'll admit I was dubious about using an 'alternative' therapy, but I have been very pleased with the results and even recommended you to work colleges.
A big thank you to Rachel for helping me. My back problem has been with me for many years and pain everyday had become the norm for me, I now realise that does not have to be the case.
